1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AEOiq ("the Service"), operated by AEOiq LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AEOiq provides AI visibility intelligence tools including brand scanning across AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), AEO scoring, monitoring dashboards, content gap analysis, and related consulting services. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

AEOiq offers a free scan tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage caps

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the property of AEOiq LLC. Scan results and reports generated for your brand are yours to use. You grant AEOiq a limited license to use aggregated, anonymized scan data for product improvement and research.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

8. Disclaimers

AEO scores and AI visibility metrics are derived from queries to third-party AI engines. Results may vary based on timing, model updates, and query phrasing. AEOiq does not guarantee specific visibility outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOiq LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
